Studio Policies
Please read through our policies at the start of every year as they may change. Studio policies are agreed upon by parents when enrolling in classes through the parent portal.
Tuition Payments
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis through your parent portal. All tuition is posted to accounts on the first of every month and due by the 7th. Unpaid accounts will acquire a late fee of $15 on the 8th. If you are two weeks late on your payment, you child may sit and observe class until payment has been made in full. All parents have the option to enroll in Auto-pay! Accounts set to auto pay are charged on the first of each month, with a paid statement sent to your email.
Attendance
Recreational students are allowed 10 absences maximum for the entire season. If you reach more than 10 absences and wish to continue with participation in your recital performance, you will be required to attend private lessons to make ensure you are stage ready. Private lessons are ($30 per lesson.) We want all dancers to have their shining moment on stage!

Competitive students are allowed to miss no more than 5 absences for the entire season. If at any time your dancer falls noticeably behind, they will be asked to attend private lessons to catch up to their class.

Picture Day. All dancers are required to attend/pose for your classes group photo on picture day. Though no one is required to make a purchase if they choose.

Dress Rehearsal. All dancers are required to attend Dress Rehearsal. Dress Rehearsal is scheduled one year in advanced and we ask that you prioritize this day. If you dancer misses dress rehearsal, they will no longer be allowed to perform in recital. Do not arrive late to your stage time on this day!

Recital- If your dancer misses recital, you will not be welcomed back the following year.
Behavior
We expect students to maintain proper class behavior and show respect for their teachers and classmates. If there is an on going behavioral issue in class that cannot be resolved, we reserve the right to ask that student/family to leave the class. Our goal is to maintain a positive class atmosphere where all students can participate and learn to their fullest ability. If a student is dismissed from class, they will not be refunded. We do not tolerate bullying of any kind.
